Unfortunately, we cannot provide a head spa service if you are pregnant as we massage certain pressure points. A pregnant woman's body has a different hormone balance which can make treatments unpredictable. While our products are natural, a pregnant woman may become more sensitive to certain products with essential oils and other ingredients therefore, as a precaution we look forward to welcoming you once your baby is born. Head spa is safe to perform while breastfeeding.

For our guests with little or no hair, we still offer shampoo, conditioner, and massage. Guests can enjoy longer massage if they would like to skip the hair treatment.

If the condition is light (without bleeding, pain and inflammation), our head spa treatment can be good for the scalp. We cleanse the scalp that might have accumulated sebum. We apply detoxifying haircare products on the scalp, which combined with massage increases blood circulation that brings nutrients to skin cells.

Yes we have sulfate free products. These are suited for keratin treated hair or individuals sensitive to sulfates. Please let your therapist know before the treatment starts.

Unfortunately, we cannot perform any of our treatments if you have extensions as we may damage them and we are unable to perform the massage effectively.
